“Where can I buy Skotch Kooler products?”

Skotch Kooler products may be purchased on our website, or from one of our authorized retailers across the country.  

 

“May I place a pre-order for Skotch Kooler products?”

Yes. Please complete the order form and we will notify you when your products are available to ship. Please include payment information for pre-orders, you will not be charged at the time of the order placement. The charge will be collected immediately prior to order fulfillment.

 

“If I place an order now, when will I receive it?”

We will notify you via email when your products are available to ship. Current lead times are 6-8 weeks. Please accept our apologies for the delay.  Demand for the Skotch Kooler products has greatly exceeded our expectations. We are doing everything possible to expeditiously increase our inventory. 

 

“How long does it take to process an order?”

Orders are typically filled within 24 hours of receipt, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm EST. Orders received after 4pm EST or on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Unless specified otherwise, all orders ship via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Service.

 

“When will I be charged for my order?”

Your credit card will not be charged until the order is packaged and ready for shipment.

 

“Will I receive an order confirmation?”

Yes. You will receive an Order # via email confirming the transaction. Once the order ships, you will also receive a tracking number via email.

 

“May I cancel my order before it ships?”

We hope you will not(!), but yes, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

 

“What is your return policy?”

Unused, non-damaged product may be returned in its original package for a full refund. Please contact us to inquire about a return. 

 

“I did not receive an order confirmation, why?”

Please check your email spam folder for the order confirmation. If you are still not able to locate your order confirmation, please contact us immediately.

 

“My product arrived damaged, what should I do?”

If your products arrive damaged, please take photos of the shipping boxes and the products showing the damage and send them to us immediately with your Order #. Please remember to include your Order #, which is located on the packing slip and was included in your order confirmation email. We will contact you shortly with additional instructions. 

 

“What spare parts are available for the Skotch Grill and the Skotch Jug?”
