Where can I buy Skotch products?
You can get them from our website, or from any authorized dealer. You could also buy a tartan kilt, a metal bucket, and a hot glue gun, but we wouldn’t recommend it.
Are these products vintage or new?
All our Skotch products are new recreations of the classic 1952 design. We think antique Skotches make for some righteous relics, but we don’t sell them here.
Can I place a pre-order?
You sure can. Once you fill out an order form, we’ll notify you when your Skotch product is ready to ship. You’ll be asked for payment information on the form, but you won’t be charged until your order is ready to ship.
How soon will I get my order?
Due to higher-than-expected demand, we currently have lead times of 6–8 weeks. We’re working as quickly as possible to speed up the process and get you your Skotch sooner. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to ship.
Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a carrier tracking number.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your card will not be charged until your Skotch is boxed, bundled, and bound for shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. If you’d like to alter your order at any time before shipment, just send us an email.
Can I return my order once it arrives?
Yes, but do you really want to go back to your dark pre-Skotch days? If you’re sure, we’re happy to accept your returned product—so long as it hasn’t been used and is undamaged. For more information, send us an email.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. Where is it?
Check your spam folder, because your inbox may be jealous of your style. If you still can’t find it, send us an email, and we’d be happy to resend your confirmation.
My Skotch arrived with damage. What do I do?
First, we’d like you to accept our sincerest apologies. Second, take photos of the product and the box it arrived in. Send us the pictures and your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email), and we’ll provide you with instructions for getting a replacement.
Can I purchase spare parts for my Skotch?
Most certainly. We offer parts for the Skotch Grill (Handle, Handle Assembly, Grill Cover, Grate) and the Skotch Jug (Cap, Handle, Handle Assembly). Contact us for pricing and details.
