Where can I buy Skotch products?

You can get them from our website or from any authorized dealer. You could also buy a tartan kilt, a metal bucket and a hot glue gun, but we wouldn't recommend it.

Are these products vintage or new?

All our Skotch products are modernized re-creations of the classic 1952 design. We think antique Skotches make for some righteous relics of style, but we don't sell them here.

How soon will I get my order?

Assuming you don't live in a secluded cabin in the woods, you'll likely receive your purchase within 5 business days. We usually process orders within 24 hours, and we'll send you an email when your Skotch is all set to ship.

**UPDATE: Due to high demand for Skotch and COVID-related shipping delays, you might receive your order a tad slower than usual. Thanks for your patience!

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. You'll receive a FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will not be charged until your Skotch is boxed, bundled and bound for shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

To help us get your Skotch to you as quickly as possible, we typically start processing your order immediately after purchase. If you made a mistake and need to cancel your order, please email us or call as soon as possible so we can get things sorted out. 

NOTE: You may be responsible for additional costs when canceling your order.

Can I return my order once it arrives?

We’re happy to accept your returned product—so long it’s unused and undamaged and postmarked within 14 days of delivery of your item. The item must be placed in the mail to send back to us within this return period. You’ll be responsible for the cost to ship it back to us. Once Skotch Kooler confirms receipt of the item, we will issue a full refund. If you’d like additional information on product returns, please contact hello@skotchkoolerusa.com

NOTE: that any return items postmarked after the return period cannot be accepted for any refunds or store your order.

I didn't get a confirmation email. Where is it?

Check your spam folder, because your inbox may be jealous of your style. If you still can’t find it, send us an email, and we’ll be happy to resend your confirmation.

My Skotch arrived with damage. What do I do?

First, we’d like to extend our sincerest apologies. Second, take photos of the product and the box it arrived in. Send us the pictures and your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email), and we’ll provide you with instructions for getting a replacement.

Can I purchase spare parts for my Skotch?

Most certainly. We’ve got plenty of spare parts for The Skotch Grill (handle, handle assembly, grill cover, grate). Contact us for pricing and details.

**Please note that we offer replacement parts for current products only, and do not have vintage, OE or OEM replacement parts for Skotch Kooler products or models pre-2020.**
